If I could give zero stars, I would. All started well with my client's project. He spent over 20k on custom curtains and blinds. Fabricut's employee measured for all window treatments to ensure they were made the appropriate length. The curtains for the principal bedroom came back over an inch and a half short. I was very clear with their representative the length I wanted and I was assured they would be the correct length and slightly pool at the floor, instead they don't even reach the floor. Fabricut is refusing to correct the problem. instead offering to remake them with 25% discount when all that is needed is for them to take out some of the hem. They refused to stand by their work, saying instead that the difference is well within their "margin of error." Seriously? Curtains that don't reach the floor? Since they are installed with a ceiling bracket, they can't be "lowered". I've never experienced such terrible customer service nor for a company to refuse responsibility for their work, especially for the prices they charge.
