This company did an amazing job in providing us affordable housing until we could move into our house after leaving NC.
We stayed here for 2 weeks with our family during our move to Tacoma and overall had a really good experience. The location was honestly one of the best parts, super central and convenient for getting around Tacoma, shopping, restaurants, and JBLM access. The house had a lot of essentials already available which made moving less stressful. There were pots, pans, utensils, laundry supplies, and basic cleaning products ready to use. We also appreciated being able to receive mail during our stay since we were in the middle of relocating. The place felt comfortable and practical for a family stay, especially for a longer-term booking. The only downside for us was the carpet and garage area. The garage stairs had a lot of dog hair, and it would track into the house, which was frustrating at times. I also think the carpet could use a really deep cleaning. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the accommodations.
Great rental property. Apartment is in a great location, near train and bus stations so easy to get to Seattle and surrounding areas. Apartment was well furnished and well stocked and had all necessary cookware. Host is very responsive including proactive messages on check in/check out process.
Everything was great! Location and the suite we were in was perfect for my group. The guest bed was a bit too stiff for our liking and the living room curtain was broken so we missed some natural daylight coming in. However, these were small things. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the host was so friendly and attentive!
