I needed a short-term lease to take advantage of a sudden career opportunity, and I needed it right away. A quick google search led me to 702 Housing and, let me tell you, they GOT. IT. DONE! While they're thorough with their due diligence (to filter out bad lessees and keep their properties in great condition), they make it very easy and they move lightning fast! I had a stellar experience from start to finish and I couldn't imagine anyone being able to do it better. Save yourself time and frustration and just look to 702 Housing first!
I recently moved from San Diego California to Las Vegas. I decided on 702housing because I needed an extended stay home for about a month. I stayed at two of their properties and they were both clean and gated communities. Shout out to the 702housing team, for the integrity, yes I’m including the handyman guy.
Great accommodations for us and our two little dogs. Management from 702 was very receptive when we needed fobs to enter pedestrian gates and we received them almost immediately. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. Bedding was comfortable and having a washer and dryer in the unit was great. Can't say enough good things about the unit and 702 Housing for our short term rental before our house was completed in Lake Las Vegas. Highly recommend!
We have used 702housing to book 4 apartments for 3-4 months to house some of our employees for a project in Las Vegas. Michael was awesome in helping us to find the right accommodations for our needs at reasonable pricing. He was always very responsive, helpful and able to help even at short notice to accommodate more than 8 people at once. We will definitely use 702housing again if we need accommodation in the future. Also, all of the units were modern and luxurious, clean and very well maintained and made the working from home for our employees more comfortable and enjoyable.
My daughter and her husband stayed in a unit managed by 702 Housing, and we were genuinely impressed. When we dropped them off, the unit was beautifully maintained and modern.
