For over 27 years now, you can count on them to make it happen for you. I highly recommend you check out the website for availability. ASI absolutely gets a 5 STAR ***** from me. Thanks LENKA!!

I really enjoyed the responsiveness and communication by the ASI team as I spent over a month in one of their Tacoma properties. I would highly recommend them for extended stays and great accommodations!

Very convenient location and the owner provided amazing tips on where to go for a great food or drink. I would use Asuites over any other service or hotel

I have stayed with ASI multiple times and have been using their services for number of years - originally for my business trips and later for my family members coming to visit. They always respond to my questions on time and in some cases went well beyond and accommodated my custom request. Compared with other long term stay places, they are amazing. Highly recommended!

I used ASI when I moved to Seattle in Spring 2017, and would not recommend using this company for several reasons. Before listing my reasons (below), I do wish to preface my comments with the fact that Seattle is hot/active market and options can be quite limited. 1) Price - I paid an exorbitant price ($2600/month) for a small studio (~350-400 sq ft) that truly wasn't equipped for anyone to truly 'live' in. There are other options, so be proactive and search sooner than later. 2) Comfort/Furnishings - My studio didn't have a sink (I had to wash dishes in a bathtub for the first half of the month), had limited plates and/or cooking utensils, had a single hotplate for cooking food, a small TV, and an uncomfortable IKEA type bed. 3) Communication/Professionalism - I moved internationally, which is already a frustrating and nervous period for anyone; however, ASI only added to that anxiety. They rarely responded to emails and actions, which resulted in me constantly calling/email over a near two week period to confirm accommodations and sign a 30 day lease. I even had one person admit they forgot about me, and their 'immediate response' would typically take a few days. The end result was a confirmation email saying I'd have a place to live the day before I flew to Seattle. Overall, I found the company poorly organized and gouging consumers, which led to my negative experience.
