Avalon Hayes Valley

We've been here for a few months, and are new to the city. The location and neighborhood are great. Plenty to do, very safe, and centrally located so you can get to any neighborhood easily. There's also easy access to 101. The apartments have great layouts and lighting also. Tori and the rest of staff have been awesome as well, and super helpful for anything we've needed.

I have truly had such a positive experience living at Avalon Hayes Valley. The building itself is beautiful, cozy and very well maintained, and the location honestly could not be better - everything you need is within walking distance, from cafes and restaurants to gyms and shops! There is always a sense of life in the area, which I really enjoy. What makes this place especially special, though, is the people. Tori, the Sales and Service Supervisor, is absolutely wonderful - she is incredibly kind, responsive and genuinely caring! She goes above and beyond to support residents and brings such a warm and positive energy to the building. Dina is also always so friendly and helpful whenever I see her or ask a question. I have also really appreciated the sense of community here. The events organized by the team and things like food trucks create such a fun and lively atmosphere! It makes the building feel like more than just a place to live. Anytime I have needed maintenance, the team has been quick and responsive, which gives a real sense of ease and reliability. Overall, living here has felt very comfortable and supported. I genuinely feel lucky to be here and very grateful for the team that makes it what it is.

We had the best experience living here. Apartment nice and modern. Tori, the supervisor, is literally god’s gift, so kind, understanding and goes above and beyond to make things happen, including organising events like free chocolate chip cookie day. We were so grateful to her and all she did, always with a smile. The maintenance requests were always dealt with so quickly, to such an extent we would make sure we were in before we raised one because within an hour they’d have someone round to sort it. The only thing I would say is use a lock in the bike room because my boyfriend's did get stolen from there. Loved the roof terrace, post room, the gym and general location, would really recommend to anyone and only moving back to move back to UK.

Overall, a very good experience. - Tori in particular, and Luis have been great to work with - each step of the process has occurred as expected or sooner. Off to a very good start in SF.

Avalon Hayes is a great place to live. It's located in a nice area with splendid amenities. The staff is exemplary and really goes above and beyond. I highly recommend this property.
