AVE Phoenix Sky

I’m not usually someone who writes reviews, but my experience touring AVE Sky truly blew me away. The level of professionalism, kindness, and knowledge was exceptional. Katarina was absolutely amazing! She showed us apartments at both AVE Sky and AVE Terra and made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. The communities were incredibly clean and organized, and the apartments and amenities were beautiful. Needless to say, I was sold, and I cannot wait to move in! If you’re considering AVE Sky or AVE Terra, don’t hesitate. The customer service is excellent, and the team will do everything within their means to accommodate your needs. Katarina, you were fantastic!!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

This is my first month living at AVE Phoenix Sky, and I am extremely impressed with the level of professionalism demonstrated not only by the general manager but by the entire team—maintenance, leasing agents, and security. They work hard every day to ensure I feel comfortable and happy living here. I want to highlight the maintenance team, especially Rolando. He has taken care of every request I’ve made. He is polite, friendly, and attentive to my needs, treating them as if they were his own. He consistently goes above and beyond. After addressing my requests, he always checks in to see if I have any other maintenance concerns about the unit. He is focused on customer satisfaction. Regarding management and the leasing staff, I am equally impressed! Every single one of the wonderful ladies in the office is polite, professional, and kind-hearted. They genuinely care about accommodating my needs and wants. Whenever I have a concern, they reach out to me immediately with kind and informative solutions. Security is always friendly and attentive. There are no problems with my Instacart deliveries getting lost or stolen; after 6 PM, security is always there to receive them at the entrance. I feel secure all night since there is always someone downstairs. As I said before, I am impressed by the entire team. I have never lived in a community where the entire staff is friendly, professional, and caring.

Katarina and the entire team have been absolutely amazing. Not only is the team extremely knowledgeable but they truly care about the community they work and also live at. This property is stunning, the views are iconic and it’s got all the warmth of a home in an apartment. So very thankful for the attention to detail, the promptness, and just the overall going the extra mile. I have worked in the service industry for over 15 years and am so impressed and thankful for the professionalism and the exceptional customer service. Taylor, Katerina, Najelah and the entire team have been exceptional and I could not ask for a better experience.

This was my first time living in a high-rise apartment, and everything has truly been first class. Maintenance is friendly and lightning quick, oftentimes coming to resolve issues I submitted the same day. The views are stunning, appliances + finishes are high quality, and lots of actually fun resident events that I wish I could go to more often. What makes this place a cut above the rest, however, is the staff. I have been in numerous situations where I have considered not renewing my lease or ending it early due to personal reasons, nothing to do with AVE. Michael, the Leasing Manager, has been most accommodating and professional to me throughout the entire process – to which I feel like I should get him a bottle of Macallan for all his help. The level of service he and the rest of the AVE team has provided over the last 1.5 years has been second to none.
