Azari Property Management

I need to offer much praise and recognition to Kris S. with Azari Property Management. Owning a rental property in the city can be a challenge, and living remotely makes having a great PM extremely important. We had tenants move out recently after a long term lease. Kris S. was able to find new qualified tenants quickly as well as address issues and coordinate needed repairs, etc before move in. As you can imagine with a 100 year old house; these properties need significant upkeep which Azari handles without problem. After several years now, the communication, organization and maintenance has always been top notch.

We had the pleasure of working with Azari property management as one of their subcontractors, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Their team is highly professional, organized, and communicates exceptionally well throughout every step of the project. Azari has been our property's management company for the past two years.
