Moved from BWH Atlanta to BWH Orlando region. All around this is a great company to rent from. My two year leasing term with BWH Orlando was great. The move in process was easy and staff was very helpful with any questions I had, communication was very efficient. During my stay all maintenance requests were handled professional with a quick turn around time. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a rental, you will be in great hands.

Whole house plumbing needs to be changed The water that comes out smells like sewer water. The whole plumbing system had to be fixed before this house wasn’t supposed rented out. So now we live in a house with horrible water system . Please make sure you check plumbing before renting !!! 8 MONTHS in and a plumber came to the house he asked y does the water stink like sewer water . We been complaining about this since we moved in , the plumber checked and there no filter system for this well water . So it feels like we shower in poop water . We all brush our teeth with bottled water because water smells so bad . I don't even like showering my 1 & 2 year old kids in this stinky water . I would like to ask these owners if they would shower there new born wit this water just how i have to shower my kids in this water . They go around every way to no spend money and add a filter system for this well water . And soon the yearly lease has to be renewed and i bet they going to increase the rent even do we had to deal with this for a whole year . Before you rent from them inspect the apartment with a plumber !!!
