I’ve lived in a Chandler Property for the past five years, and with our building transitioning to a new property management company tomorrow, I wanted to take a moment to recognize the exceptional experience I’ve had. Our property manager, Tessa, has been outstanding. She has always been attentive, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure any concerns were heard and addressed promptly. Throughout my time here, I consistently felt respected, valued, and confident that any request I brought forward would be followed through with care. The quality of the maintenance and repair work has also been excellent. Whether it was electricians, plumbers, construction crews, or garage door technicians, every contractor Chandler Properties sent was professional, courteous, and thorough. It was clear that everyone took pride in their work and wanted to make sure issues were fully resolved rather than simply checked off a list. Without question, this has been the best property management experience I’ve had as a renter. It’s rare to find a management team that is so attentive, respectful, organized, and genuinely invested in their residents’ experience. I’ll truly miss working with Tessa and the Chandler Properties team. Thank you for making these past five years such a positive experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend Chandler Properties to anyone looking for a well-managed place to call home.

I lived in a Chandler Property for 2 years and it was the best management experience I've had - from the on-site manager, to the property manager, to all of the speciality folks hired (electricians, construction, water/heater), I felt respected, heard, and saw that they really cared to make sure that my requests were seen through.
