Every issue I’ve reported has been acknowledged quickly, and they’ve done an excellent job following through to make sure repairs were completed in a timely manner. We’ve had the pleasure of working with them on both of our properties in Noe Valley and Bernal Heights, and the experience has been exceptional from start to finish. I’ve been with Gordon Property Mgt (vs “used them”) as I do feel it’s a “family” business. They are a very caring company that WILL go the extra mile which is often needed for tenant-landlord dealing with building issues 24/7. 1 am one of the 4 owners of a San Francisco property. We started working with GPMSF as our property manager, and bookkeeper/ DBA in 2025. They were very responsive to maintenance and any tenants requests. Their team was friendly, professional and do diligent in solving renters problems and answering owners questions. We are grateful that they competed and provided to us all tax forms 1099 to help us in filing our upcoming 2025 tax returns. June 2026- Gordon DBA provided guidance for helping tenants on a flooding accident. It was caused by a busted hydrant by a hit n run car at Corner of our 19 th property. They hired workers to help in clean up n dried flooded garages abd storage rooms. They did diligent services and did good job!!! 5 stars rating fir June 2026 Florence Lam 3/17/2025
