Housing Helpers Las Vegas

I never got the chance to work with Hayley, but I can tell she is not very honest. I initially inquired about a $2K rental, and she was going to setup a showing. Literally 5 minutes later, she said the unit is no longer available and pointed me to a much more expensive property. I have years of experience as both landlord and renter. This is a typical switch job upsell. I didn’t respond. A few hours later she called me saying it was a mistake the unit I inquired about was available after all. No thanks. I don’t deal with dishonest sales people.

They seem like a scam. Notice to landlord's: they are signing the lease in their name (as an LLC so recourse is limited to none) and then subleasing the home to actual tenant's. I had no problem with them doing that but when they became upset that I reached out to the tenant to screen them, It raised a red-flag. They sent me the tenant's ID's with all of their personal information including a home address and then got upset when I googled the tenant and called them directly to verify who is living in the home, what they do for a living and that the situation was real (tenants had a plumbing issue in their actual home and insurance was covering the rent, I was calling to verify the situation as well). I think they intended to hold over on the lease and that's what made them uncomfortable to move forward as the lease agreement they sent me had 100% favorable language in it for them to be able to hold over. It's a 3 page lease agreement which is also concerning as the standard lease is at minimum 5 pages long. I did request changes to the lease and to use my own lease but we never made it that far which is probably a good thing!

It’s not easy to find trustworthy helpful companies to help you these days and Hayley was fantastic to work with! She is thoughtful and caring spending the time needed to find the right place for you.

I would not recommend Housing Helpers in Henderson, NV. My experience with Kylie was way below the par level. I was attempting to help my employee find a place "second chance situation" I was willing to purchase a home instead of playing the rent game. But Kylie wouldn't hear it. She was unprofessional and I was very dissatisfied with my experience. The kicker is I Called Ahead. I took some photos while Kylie was saying good luck. Wouldn't even look me in the eye.
