International Executive Rentals

I had a great experience with this company. The rent was fair, and the unit was in a great location. Customer service was responsive and the rent included monthly cleaning which was awesome. Some slight scheduling issues with the cleaning but nothing that couldn’t be resolved. I recommend and would book with them again!

Location was great, unit was not as quiet as advertised, and the customer service was awful. I would never recommend renting from this company. I originally found their locations on Airbnb and messaged them directly to save costs. I stayed at one of their locations on Green. The location is good, but the hallway and recycling area noise were never stated and were loud at times. The pillows on the bed were disgusting, there was no hand soap, and there was no salt and pepper. Expecting an Airbnb like experience and seeing this was a let down. Jolian is a terrible communicator. She did not clearly communicate an issue with the garage, never offered a discount until I asked for it, never invoiced effectively for rent, and every single message from her was about money. She never once checked in on me to see if I was enjoying the stay or if there was anything they could do to make my stay great. Impressive how little she cared. Their service man was nice and helpful, but Jolian was awful. It is incredible to me that a service that collects payments for rent has no automatic way to pay. All payment methods require the customer to pay them directly and schedule it themselves. This is a recipe for late fees, banking issues, etc. Incredible how little attention to detail they have and minimal empathy they have for customers. Grateful I had a short term rental. Would never want to be a long term tenant of this terrible company.

They are an excellent company. We have worked with them for years, managing a property. Knowledgeable, experienced and honest. I highly recommend them.

We rented from IER for 3 months at Bronte Street. The experience was great - the property was lovely and the team was helpful & professional. I have fond memories of my time here. If you're looking at short-term rentals in the Bay Area, this is an no brainer. We looked at AirBnBs and Blueground before we picked this one, and I'm so glad we did.

Modified my rental agreement after I'd signed it, spent days arguing that the modified one was the one I'd signed, finally admitted it after I proved the modified one had been tampered with.
