Historically, working with Saundra was great, until she retired last year. New management last year really changed the experience and Las Vegas brand. The lackadaisical approach to issues was frustrating. There were a few issues that required immediate attention and the Ave West team did not respond, which was more shocking considering they had very little Las Vegas inventory to manage. No notice on when tenants would come and go. When I switched management teams, I came to the house and all soap, cleaning supplies, and other goods had been stolen, along with broken furniture someone had tried to hide to avoid being invoiced. I'd explore different options for Las Vegas and Phoenix, though Avenue West typically has strong operations in other regions.
Saundra was super responsive and very helpful. I moved my move-out date a bunch of times; she was responsive and never gave me a hard time about it. The property was awesome and well-stocked. Would recommend!
