If youre a home owner looking for property management. You're better off managing it yourself on turbo tenant. I was able to get a tenant within a few weeks. They couldnt get me anyone after 5 months. The whole hands off approach they do is not so effective. And I never met any of the property managers in person. And property managers keep changing. I lost a lot of time and money dealing with this company. And you'll be surprised with all the charges they hit you with. Give them a try if you want. Maybe you'll have a different experience.
