Sally and the team at Move Bay Area did an amazing job at helping me find a place. I am relocating from the East Coast, and had limited time to visit SF to tour. As soon as I landed, Sally had tours lined up, and adapted the rest of the tours according to my preferences, adding and removing listings based on what I was looking for. Along the way, Sally offered me realistic and useful advice about next steps. I ended up signing a lease mid-way through my planned trip. The apartment I landed was very likely several leagues above what I would have been able to secure on my own. Would highly recommend their services, especially in the currently very challenging (as of May 2026) SF rental market.

Mary and the Move Bay Area found me an absolute unicorn of an apartment in SF and I am so grateful! Within a day of being contacted, Nicole and Lisa from Move Bay Area arranged for a thorough phone consultation to assess our needs; Val (our relocation consultant) was available the very next day to pick us up from our hotel room, and start the touring process, in which we visited almost twenty properties meeting our priorities in person, and screened over a dozen more virtually. Val was enthusiastic, friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and very flexible with our priorities evolving over the course of the week. We had done what we thought was extensive "pre-screening" of attractive options, but the top choice (and ultimately future home) had not even been on our radar! We have nothing but praise for Move Bay Area's support, professionalism, efficiency, and extensive knowledge of the area. Working with the knowledgeable, smart and fabulous folks at Move Bay Area made our move to SF smooth and easy. After searching for one frustrating month on our own, we found MBA and they helped us find a perfect place in just 2 days of looking! And we moved in 1 week later!! From the first efficient, polite call with Lisa, I knew we were in good hands. Even with only 2 days' of prep time, Mary took us out to see apartments across every neighborhood we were interested in. I had a really tight timeline to find an apartment moving from Chicago to San Francisco, and could only dedicate one day to looking in-person. Within two days of submitting my request I had a call with Amy, met my relocation specialist (Sally) and had listings to view/tour. The process couldn't have been simpler and smoother, and by the end of our search I submitted an application that was accepted that weekend.
