Clean, Easy to get to and the host is Easy very kind and understanding. House is nice, i have nothing negative to say.

The unit I stayed in was suitable in terms of location and convenience, however, the beds were infested with bed bugs when I arrived. The owner did send out pest control to resolve the issue promptly. With this business presenting themselves as a luxury brand, it’s my opinion that they should inspect these things prior to guests coming. Also, I was promised a 4th dining chair like the pictures showed and that was never ordered. I was given a BS excuse that they are on back order. Again, good customer service with a supposed “luxury” brand should provide real solutions and follow through with what they say they’re going to do. Lastly, the manager or owner had offered me to extend my stay and for a discount, he promised to get back to me to let me know the discount, only to leave me on the hook for days. He then got back to me to inform me that he proceeded to put the unit on the market and planned to have another tenant move in. I would not have had an issue with that, as I was not super satisfied with my stay, but it was a waste of my time for him to pretend he was coming up with a quote. Overall, I hope Mike and his team could learn some better customer service so they can live up to the brand they are promoting.

My fiancé and I stayed in the fountains apartments for about 2 years. Michael and his team made it the best rental experience we’ve ever had so far. Would 100% recommend and would 100% rent again!

I rented a PBD living home in Richardson TX. It’s perfect. I can say it’s managed very well. It’s clean, it’s well accommodated, it’s beautiful, lots of thoughtful amenities, it’s bright and cheery, I will definitely be staying in their properties again and again!!
