The place was beautiful, extremely clean, the location is simply amazing, very close to the best Houston has to offer in terms of dinning and shopping. Communication with the owner was flawless and he was very flexible when I needed to change my arrival time and departure. I would highly recommend this property to a couple or a single person visiting Houston and wanting a premier location.
Yan met us at the apartment and was most helpful in explaining things. The apartment was in a great locationarea) for us. Plenty of places to shop (groceries, whatever) nearby. We had a few questions and he was great about to responding quickly. The apartment is well-equipped, which was helpful since we were there for nearly 10 days and didn't want to eat out all the time. Mostly quiet - no street noise. would definitely recommend this apartment.
