I would strongly caution anyone considering this property management company. Their tenant screening process is either extremely poor or completely nonexistent. The very first tenant they approved for my property turned out to be using a fake identity. As a result, this individual lived in my property rent-free for four months, causing significant financial loss and unnecessary stress. This situation should have been easily preventable with even basic due diligence. If you’re a property owner expecting professionalism, accountability, and proper vetting of tenants, this company fails on all fronts. I would not trust them with my property again.
