Georgia Corporate Housing Standards
Standard statutory & contractual benchmarks governing procurement in Georgia:
Georgia exempts continuous corporate occupants after 30 consecutive days from state and county innkeeper excise taxes, provided billing is rendered directly to the enterprise. Enterprise procurement teams secure executive housing under commercial entity master contracts, insulating companies from individual consumer tenancy restrictions while maintaining flexible extension options.
In Georgia, corporate housing agreements bundle electric, water, high-speed fiber internet, and streaming utilities into a flat monthly corporate invoice. This avoids taxable utility resale audits while standardizing per-diem accounting across business units.

Google Review Sentiment & Client Excerpts
“Renters Warehouse Atlanta receives mixed reviews, with specific praise for agent Olga's helpfulness and smooth process. However, many clients report significant issues including property damage, poor maintenance, unreasonable fees, and severe communication breakdowns, leading to a largely negative overall experience.”
Do not trust this company to rent your property out. Some of you may have good results but majority are having major damage issues like myself. This company placed a tenant into my property and saying that this tenant is a very clean and on time tenant. Going through this experience was totally the opposite!!! I have damage THROUGHOUT my property. Water stains/damage throughout the whole property, chewed crown molding, damage hardwood floors, broke my washer/dryer, carpet in every room and stairs damaged due to an animal. When an issue does arise, they are so hard to get in touch with!! There fees are completely unreasonable!!! Tenant needed a new refrigerator and they gave me a quote for $2,000!!! Got the same one for $249.99!!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! There are better ones out there!
My experience with Olga at Renters Warehouse was outstanding. She made the entire process smooth, clear, and stress‑free. Olga was professional, kind, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. I highly recommend working with her!!
Olga was super responsive and extremely helpful throughout the entire process!! She made everything so easy and made us feel very welcome. Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had when trying to get into a rental!
They are terrible. I rented a home in Henry county area and things constantly were breaking. They give you 2 days to pay your rent. If you’re 1 day late you have to pay a $300 late fee and also pay in person for 3-4 months, using money order. This is an inconvenience when they’re only located in Atlanta and your property is a hour away. Whenever you put in a maintenance order, they will probably use the cheapest service so eventually you’ll have to request a fix again. We had mold in the ventilation system and the plumbing system outside was clogged after sending multiple plumbers out. They only uphold the policy when it’s fits them.
