I had a wonderful experience with San Francisco Relocate and would highly recommend others consider using it as well. I'm a student moving from out of state and the San Francisco market is challenging to navigate for a variety of reasons, including the fact that properties are taken on and off the market quickly, alongside the reality that being physically present for tours is essentially a requirement. With all this in mind, it brought me significant peace of mind to be able to hand off the majority of the property searching and tour coordinating responsibilities to San Francisco Relocate. I did my initial consultation with Alicia, who was careful to take note of my wants and needs, and Alisa was the realtor who coordinated all the tours, including physically taking me to them upon my initial arrival to the city. Alisa was personable and highly communicative, which again helped offer peace of mind. I felt that the properties we toured were all interesting and relevant to the criteria I had provided. Additionally, Alisa's knowledge of neighborhoods was of interest as we transited the city throughout the series of property tours. I flew back to my home state after completing the tours and had to finalize the lease details online and at a distance. Again, Alisa showed persistence in helping to ensure the details were completed. It was a great relief when it was all finished, and I can't imagine how much more difficult this process would have been had I not decided to try this service. SF Relocate was a total lifesaver ahead of my cross country move. Before deciding to seek out a service, I was doing my own research and calls to see the feasibility of making my own appointments with zero responsiveness. When I found SF Relocate, Alicia was in touch within the day to understand my needs. On the day of the tour, Alisa made everything so easy. I moved into San Francisco from Cleveland Ohio, without any prior experience with the area, let alone the real estate market. Because I was moving on my own, I did a one-day apartment tour with San Francisco Relocate to get help with finding a one-bedroom apartment. Alicia, my primary contact, spoke with me about my expectations and requirements (such as commute time, size of the apartment, neighborhoods, etc) and helped me to decide on a reasonable budget. She also helpfully answered any questions that I had about the process and about the area, including the nature of the types of apartments we would see and what would best suit my needs. She was always very responsive, and typically was able to return my calls within a day. Alicia then connected me with Alisa, the representative who planned and escorted me on my full day apartment tour. She coordinated visits to 13 different places, taking into account specific features that I look for in a place to live. She was personable and professional, and was happy to address any questions or concerns I had throughout the day. I was especially impressed by how she continued to communicate with me the following day via text, and helped to negotiate the prices of my top 2 choices. She also served as a valuable resource and advocate during the application process, which can be very competitive in a market like San Francisco. I ended up finding an apartment that I'm excited about, although the rent is a bit higher than I had originally intended. I will say also that any relocation service may not be worth the high price tag for someone already familiar with the area and market, but to those who are new and unfamiliar with San Francisco, and/or would really like to have help, I would highly recommend San Francisco Relocate.

If you're like me and you get a little wary when you see a bunch of 5 star reviews, then let me assure you that for this company they are well-earned and honest. I could not be more pleased with the service I received. I am moving to the Bay Area from Texas for a job and research into finding an apartment showed me the process was complex compared to my previous apartment finding efforts. I was recommended to find a realtor or relocation service, especially considering I do not know the area. I took a chance on San Francisco Relocate and could not be more pleased. Alicia, the owner, handled my consultation and together we came up with a proposal that outlined my budget, locations, and needs. She was very professional, timely, and honest when it came to what I needed, wanted, and what was reasonable. I was then connected to Alisa who was the realtor in charge of finding my potential apartments and planning the tour. Alisa was just a joy to be around and very good at her job. We toured almost 14 places and I ended up with a decent sized 1 Br for well under my budget in an amazing location. Overall, I had no negative experiences with this company or the two ladies who handled my case. I would gladly use them again and even kept Alisa's contact information for future business and advice. I strongly encourage anyone who needs to find a place to use them (I do suggest giving them at least a week in advance just to prepare). Even for a recent college graduate with not a lot of savings, the price was very affordable and well worth your time and money.

I tend to get suspicious when a business gets almost all 5-star reviews. After working with San Francisco Relocate, I can understand why they are so well-reviewed. When my wife and I started investigating our housing options for our move to San Francisco from Washington, DC, we quickly realized that we would not be able to successfully navigate the crazy SF real estate market from the other side of the country. We contacted various relocation services - Alicia made the best impression, making our decision easy. Alicia interviewed us thoroughly in order to determine how to organize our tour of rental properties. She then introduced us to Elana, who would be conducting the tour. We spent two days with Elana, during which we viewed more than 20 properties. Elana was highly organized and had recorded all of the vital information for each property. She represented us well and established a good rapport with all of the property managers we met. Her pleasant demeanor made what could have been a stressful ordeal into an enjoyable and productive process. Within one day after our tour, we had signed a lease. The process could not have gone more smoothly - the property manager said that the application packet we submitted with the help of San Francisco Relocate was impressive and the most organized one she had ever seen. It is difficult to imagine how we could have pulled this off without Alicia and Elana - I highly recommend their service.
