Siegel Suites Bonanza Apartments

Sajay and Sidney along with their staff went above and beyond to make ready a studio on the first floor. I was given a tour of the property, things about common areas explained in detail. All with smiles and kind professionalism. That goes a long way to making someone comfortable and at home. The property is spotless, and well maintained. It is obvious management takes pride in their jobs. I taught customer service for 25 years, i know and appreciate it when i see it, and here at Bonanza it shines through.

Sidney and Saha in the office are awesome. They both went the extra mile to ensure we were able to get our place. They ensure all rules are followed while both have an amazing sense of humor. Not to mention the entire property is spotless with a super clean pool. I am very pleased with our decision to rent here at Siegel Suites on Bonanza.

This place is full of crap! My landlord has not fixed nor replaced my stove in 3 1⁄2 weeks to the point where I set it outside on my porch yesterday before leaving to get me something to eat and to remind them after awakening to extreme hunger and she came to my apartment without permission to enter and verbally attacked me, threatened me, refused to allow me to shut MY front door,(yelling that it's HER door, allowed all of her employees into my home with my esa, disturbing him, recording me and my personal, private in my personal space on her own cell phone, defamed me loudly to neighbors, caused my electricity to go out after pluging in the same broken stove, resulting in the wall outlet sparking and just left with the stove without informing me on what to do, how much longer it would be, if electricians had to come, NOTHING and its been mire than another 24 hours since. what can I legally do about this in the city of Las Vegas I feel very, very threatened due to the fact that if it wasn't for her employee pulling her back and begging her to please leave my home, and she's still threatening me, intimidating me, yelling at me, yet not getting the problem solved. I am 5'3 and she is definitely 6'0 or taller. I have been so afraid since this happened yesterday. I am out of so, so, so much more money due to having to eat out everyday multiple times a day. This could gave been prevented if corporate would've corrected her the other MULTIPLE times that I have made complaints about this ongoing unprofessional behavior from the management here

I came in not knowing what to expect, but Saja — the property manager — completely won me over. She's warm, professional, and genuinely on top of everything. She made the whole process effortless and honestly made me want to be there. That kind of energy from management is rare and it says a lot about how this property is run. Sidney gave us the tour and did a great job showing us around. The place itself surprised me — it's clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Way better than I anticipated. If you're looking for a comfortable, no-drama stay in Las Vegas, Siegal Suites on Bonanza and Las Vegas Blvd is worth a serious look. The staff here truly sets it apart.
