This condo is a great location for anything at the State Farm Arena area! Felt totally safe walking back after the show. Spacious and clean, it offered plenty of spaces for everyone to spread out for some alone time. Didn't get to use the professional looking cooktop, but it has a great setup. Beds are comfortable and I didn't hear any traffic noise.

An absolutely gorgeous place! I’m planing on going with the rest of the family next time! Decoration is flawless! The pool table, so much fun!! Location super! Just perfect! And the host very responsive!! Please, visit this place anytime you are visiting Atlanta! Very close to the Bussines area an a great park to run and just go for a walk!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing stay at this Atlanta retreat! The space was exactly as described—spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for our group. The multi-level layout gave everyone plenty of room to spread out while still feeling connected, and the sleeping arrangements were super comfortable. The rooftop patio was definitely a highlight—those skyline views are incredible, especially in the morning and at sunset. We also loved the cozy indoor fireplace and how much natural light filled the space throughout the day. The kitchen was fully stocked with high-end appliances, which made cooking easy, and the dedicated workspace was a great bonus for anyone needing to get a little work done. Having private elevator access and parking made everything feel seamless and stress-free. The location in Castleberry Hill was ideal—close to everything but still felt like a peaceful escape above the city. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for groups looking for comfort, style, and a great Atlanta experience!

DO NOT BOOK! We booked an AirBnb through this property management group. The photos made the space look beautiful, but when we showed up it looked completely different. We also found the towels had brown streaks on them, stained linens, some sort of unknown brown substance smudged on the bathroom mirror, sticky surfaces etc. We had our infant son with us and didn’t feel safe staying in such a dirty space, so we ended up going to a hotel instead. This company may respond to this review and say they reached out to ‘better understand the situation’ which they did, but we were not available to talk when they wanted to and less than 12 hours later they had denied our request for a refund through AirBnb. They also said that “a refund is on the table”, basically refusing us a refund unless we spoke with them on the phone. Their text to us said “We will make it right” but by the end of the day they had denied our refund. As a small business owner I’m disgusted by how this company handled this situation. Instead of making the situation right, they would rather just take our money and move on the the next sucker. DON’T BE THE NEXT SUCKER & DO NOT BOOK!

I had an amazing time during my stay. The place was clean and quiet. Austin goes above and beyond to make sure you’re accommodated at the highest extent. He contacts you back in lightning spend at any hour of the day or night. I’m not sure if I was talking to AI or not but I’m highly satisfied. I will definitely book again!
