I honestly couldn't have asked for a better place to stay this summer. As an intern living in San Francisco for a short time, finding somewhere that felt comfortable, welcoming, and easy was really important, and this exceeded every expectation. The biggest reason for that has been the management. Lee has been incredible throughout the entire process. Since I was only staying for the exact length of my internship, he worked with me to prorate my lease, which made everything so much easier. From the day I moved in, he has always been willing to help with anything I needed. He sent me recommendations for restaurants nearby, pointed me toward the closest gym, suggested things to do around the city, and was always quick to answer questions. It's clear that he genuinely cares about making sure residents have a great experience, and that level of effort is something you don't come across very often. Omar has also been amazing. Between the two of them, they've helped me with everything from getting my Wi-Fi set up and figuring out the printer to helping with deliveries, finding a vacuum, and plenty of other little things that made settling in so much easier. No matter what came up, they were always friendly, responsive, and happy to help. The property itself is also very well maintained. The bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room are cleaned every day, and everything is consistently spotless. All of the supplies you need are provided, so it's easy to focus on work and enjoy your time here instead of worrying about the little things. The whole place feels cozy, comfortable, and genuinely like home. The location is another huge plus. You're right in the middle of some of the best neighborhoods in the city, with North Beach, Chinatown, and the Financial District all within walking distance. It's also really convenient to get to the Marina, where a lot of my friends are staying this summer. It made exploring San Francisco incredibly easy while still being close to work. Overall, I've had such a great experience living here. The location is fantastic, the property is clean and well cared for, and the management truly goes above and beyond. Lee especially made this experience so much better than I expected, and I'm really grateful for everything he did to make me feel at home. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone looking for housing in San Francisco.

I have nothing but great things to say about this property and the property manager, Lee! This place is located in the perfect place, right in the middle of little italy, Chinatown and the financial district! It’s perfect for walking commute and has grocery stores and a gym all nearby. The units are perfect for the solo renter and are perfectly spacious enough for general needs and come fully furnished with furniture, a fully dressed bed, TV, and fridge+ freezer unit. Downstairs is a shared kitchen and the bathrooms are cleaned extremely well by the housekeeping staff who do a tremendous job. There are washers and dryers available, a lounge, and a reception on the 2nd floor for packages. The property manager Lee is really fantastic and does a thorough job of ensuring his tenants feel safe and well taken care of. He’s extremely accommodating and goes over and above to help tenants and make them feel welcome along with ensuring all needs are taken care of. His communication is top notch. For the price, this place is amazing and as far as I’m concerned can’t be beat in SF. Utilities and WiFi are included in the 1300$ price and it’s awesome. I recommend anyone to stay here is who is a solo renter. As a female, I’ve felt very safe here and I walk to and from work sometimes at 11:30pm at night and have had no issues. This is seriously a sweet spot.

This company has been a nightmare to work with. I can never get someone to answer my calls or emails. I have a simple request regarding a security deposit fee that I am owed that I have been trying to get remedied for over a month now. I’m not sure why it’s so hard to get simple issues resolved. Property managers are unreachable and I feel completely ignored. After living in a building managed by them for 3 years, I would highly advise against their properties as their “hands off” approach to tenant management is ridiculous.

It's been an amazing experience staying at Columbus Residence for two months! Quiet, comfortable living, with an abundance of very well-maintained shared bathrooms and showers. The close proximity to public transit and great food is a cherry on top. Lee is easily the best property manager I've ever seen - his presence, warmth, and energy foster the special sense of community here.

I recently moved to San Francisco and I’m currently staying at the residence, managed by Structure Properties. It’s just a 13-minute walk from my campus, which is super convenient. Before arriving, I was in touch with Mr. Lee regarding the place. Like many people, I was a bit skeptical about whether the pictures would truly match the reality—especially in a city like San Francisco, where scams are unfortunately common. But the moment I saw the place in person, all my doubts turned into trust. What stood out the most to me was Mr. Lee's kindness and humility. As someone new to the city, I never expected to be welcomed with such genuine warmth. He not only ensured everything was in place before I arrived but also continued to support me in every small detail after I moved in. His attentiveness and hospitality are truly commendable. As for the place itself, what I saw in the pictures is exactly what I got. The room quality, washroom hygiene, and overall cleanliness are excellent. I’m really happy and satisfied with Structure Properties’ service and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe and comfortable stay in San Francisco.
