(Long-term lease review) Tobey is professional, honest, flexible and extremely responsive. Very easy online/e-mail application process, although the approval took time by the property management company, she kept me updated regularly. She answers my questions promptly and helps whenever I have an issue or query seamlessly and she is a text message away. I am glad I am doing business with her since I moved to NYC for work as it is cumbersome for non-US citizens to find accommodation easily with all the requirements and bureaucratic processes.

When we determined that we would be visiting NYC for a month this past summer, we decided to look for a furnished apartment rental for our stay. In reviewing our options, Taylor Made stood out as it was run by women. Our initial contacts with them were very positive and we booked our stay. From beginning to end, the customer service was excellent. Our main contact, Regine, was always available and quick to respond. The apartment was located in a great area near Central Park on the west side. The building staff was welcoming upon our arrival and throughout our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We intend to visit NYC again next year, and will be contacting Taylor Made to schedule our visit.

My very pleasant stay “ A Stay to be Remembered” in this Taylor Made Furnished roomy and well-lit apartment. The furniture and beds were all comfortable; and tastefully decorated. Bathroom linens and bedding are also included. Fully furnished kitchen (refrigerator, washer and dryer) tableware, coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven and all other essential electric appliances and amenities. The location is ideal, with a view over looking the East River with stunning Sunsets and sunrise. Proximity to every thing on the East side, including subways and market with selection of most anything you might need, including wine and libations. The booking and customer service is extraordinary, it embodies the true definition of customer honesty, service and satisfaction. Once I found I had an unexpected issue that required me to find alternate lodging, Taylor Made Furnished apartment was able to secure an apartment that fit my immediate needs. This was done seamlessly, without complaint, and with great attention to detail and my concerns. I would not hesitate in either using Taylor Made Furnished Apartments services again or recommending them to my friends and to anyone traveling to New York City
