The UpMarket building is a great value for the price. It’s close to major bus and Muni lines and conveniently located near most of the events I attended during my stay. The rental process was easy, and communication with the host was always excellent. I definitely recommend it!

The facility is consistently clean and very well-maintained, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and the management team is responsive, efficient, and professional, making the stay smooth and comfortable. The location is excellent and a major advantage—close to City Hall, with convenient access to public transportation, including MUNI and BART, and many great restaurants and stores nearby. It is a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay in San Francisco, offering great value for the price and a strong sense of privacy. Highly recommended.

For an extended stay in SF this place was exactly what I needed. It was affordable and ideally situated close to restaurants and near my Doctor, which was the purpose of my visit. It wasn't much, but it was exactly what I paid for. The elevator broke once in the month I was there and it was fixed the same day. The door outside has an electric keycard reader and it never worked but 24/7 there is someone at the desk that will promptly let you in so I'm not complaining. Everyone was very nice and courteous. I can't think of a reason I wouldn't come back.

Urbanests is great! It’s affordable, the 1080 place has a really good location and you can walk the entire city from here. Ben, one of the managers, is amazing and is very efficient in getting things done, hears the residents out and stuff. It’s good!
