I put in my request to get the door fix and it only took one day to get it fix. They were fast and efficient. Omar was great and very professionally he let me know what he had to do step by step so I wouldn't be surprised by any noises he would have to make when he was fixing my bathroom door.
Worst company ever. They choose to harass you over rent rather than abide by an official work order. Nothing fixed in unit, owner shows up unannounced to homes. Building fires for electrical and people still living in a building that should be condemned. I've never had such a terrible experience with a company. Lack of professionalism is an understatement for vice. Floors coming up from maintenance water damage. 3 months to fix a clogged pipe and they refuse to get a real Plummer involved. Cheap company that illegally sends 7 day eviction notice or thwy say they do and charge you 170 just for nothing to happen still. Even my attorney laughed when I told him its vice
Thank you to Vice for replacing our air conditioner. Although it took a while to get everything situated, once they put in the right work order, we had a new unit within literally 24 hours. We appreciate the urgency. Renting from Vice has been a great experience so far.
