Alexander's and Jean Lackey in particular was a pleasure to work with. I asked her to make many changes to our rental order during the months leading up to the wedding, and she patiently and accurately made all of them. She was timely, kind, informative, and understanding in all of her dealings with me. The rental items themselves were all accurately portrayed and helped transform the wedding into the dream day we envisioned.

We had a great experience working with Alexander Party Rentals for a recent multi-day event installation. Their team was professional, reliable, and very efficient from start to finish. The setup that transformed the backyard, involved multiple tents, flooring, chandeliers, a dance floor, lounge seating and additional installations, and everything was handled smoothly and on time. They were also very responsive and resourceful when adjustments were needed on site, which made a big difference during production. Luis was especially great to work with. Communicative, detail-oriented, and very supportive throughout the entire process. Overall, a very dependable team that delivers quality work. I would definitely recommend them and look forward to working together again.

From the very beginning, Craig was organized, proactive, and genuinely invested in making the first ever fashion show at Stone Way Auto a success. His dedicated planning skills, collaborative attitude, and calm demeanor made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Whether it was coordinating logistics with the vendors, offering thoughtful insights, or just being a reliable point of contact, Craig truly went above and beyond. It was a pleasure working with someone so dedicated and enthusiastic. Thank you, Craig, for your incredible support!

One star because there are no negative stars. I am disgusted by Alexander's customer service!!! It took us an hour to pick up our supplies. They only have 1 pick up bay open and have giant containers blocking the rest of the bays making it treacherous to back in to. Our chairs were disgustingly dirty with footprints, bird poop, and various grossness on them. Now we have been waiting over an hour to return supplies and they have only emptied 3 cars. We are now late for returning our Uhaul. Do NOT use this company.
