Massachusetts Event Infrastructure Standards
Standard statutory & contractual benchmarks governing procurement in Massachusetts:
Commercial event infrastructure throughout Massachusetts triggers municipal fire marshal inspections for structures exceeding statutory footprint baselines. Major clearspan structures require licensed Professional Engineer (PE) structural calculation stamps validating site-specific wind and seismic resilience.
Commercial contracts in Massachusetts bifurcate hardware rentals from certified installation and rigging labor, minimizing sales tax liabilities where labor is non-taxable. Suppliers carry 2 Million to 10 Million USD commercial liability coverage naming host municipalities and enterprise sponsors as additional insureds.

What a treat dealing with this company , Ben was awesome to deal with , they were prompt and the tent set up crew was a joy to deal with. If you're looking for phenomenal worry free service, then this is the company to use.
I cannot thank Atent for Rent enough for all that they did for me! I recently used them for my wedding venue (my backyard) and as a covid bride I was afraid my wedding would look like a graduation and let me tell you, this tent was absolutely beautiful. 10 days prior to my wedding, I hit a little snag with weather. Of course it was going to rain the day of my wedding, but thankfully Atent for Rent was so incredibly accommodating and put my mind at ease. They allowed me to upgrade my tent from a 40 x 60 to a 40 x 80 and after planning a wedding in a pandemic i can honestly tell you there are a lot of vendors in this industry that would look at you and say tough. But not them! I cried on the phone with joy that my wedding would be able to go on without a hitch! We got a clear top tent, and they exceeded my expectations. My wedding venue was something you see straight out of a move and that is all thanks to them! Highly recommend them for all your event needs!
Atent For Rent is my new go-to rental place, with a great selection (much more than other rental companies), great help placing and updating orders, prices, scheduling.... they have it all. Thank you!
We hosted a backyard wedding reception for 150 people in September for which we rented a frame tent, with lights and a dance floor, chairs, tables, linens. A Tent for Rent was very responsive and helpful during the planning process. They pulled all the permits and walked me through the rental process. The tent and dance floor were beautiful, perfect for the event and the chairs, lines, and tables were exactly what I needed. The setup and breakdown went very smoothly. I would recommend A Tent for Rent to anyone in need of a tent or rental equipment.
