Just rented a tent from Brothers for my daughter’s graduation party. Communication was great. The set up crew was great. The tent was a good quality, And the crew That came for breakdown a removal of the tent ,table a chairs. Also, great. Shannon and the crew were all very professional punctual. They were on time, the tent was gorgeous, and their staff who set up/picked up was so polite and quick at their job. I can't wait to use them again somewhere down the line for another event. We had such a wonderful experience with Brothers Events! We rented a tent, padded chairs, tables, and linens for our small backyard wedding, and everything was absolutely perfect. The quality of everything was great, and the entire process was so easy from start to finish. What really stood out was how wonderful the owners were to work with. They were friendly, accommodating, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. I actually realized after the delivery that I had accidentally ordered two chairs short. I called them, and they were so gracious—they came back the very next day and dropped off the two additional chairs for us. That kind of customer service is hard to find! I would highly recommend Brothers Events to anyone planning an event. They made our wedding setup one less thing to worry about, and we are so grateful for their help. If you are planning any type of event you have to hire this company! The customer service and products are top-notch. Their delivery and set up was quick and professional. Me (the MOH) and my bride hired this company for her outdoor wedding and they were very helpful in deciding everything that we needed to make the day perfect. All members of the staff were very kind and very helpful. They even helped us with decorating part of the tent while they were there setting it up, which I feel you wouldn't get from most companies. The price of everything was very reasonable for the large amount of items we rented from this company and the overall customer service makes the price even more worth it. If I had to plan this event again, I would hire this company every time.
