Cabaret Tent and Party Rental

We had an amazing experience with Cabaret Tent & Party Rental for our backyard wedding! We rented a 40x50 tent, flooring, and a dance floor, and everything exceeded our expectations. The crew arrived three days before the wedding to set everything up, which gave us so much peace of mind and ensured everything was ready well in advance. The setup was professional, efficient, and flawless. A special thank you to Elizabeth, our coordinator. She was wonderful to work with from start to finish. She patiently answered all of my questions, walked me through the different rental options, and helped me choose the best setup for our backyard. Her guidance made the planning process so much easier. The tent looked beautiful and created the perfect setting for our reception. The flooring and dance floor really elevated the space and added such a nice ambiance, making it feel elegant and comfortable for all of our guests. Everything was clean, sturdy, and exactly as promised.

I’ve now had the pleasure of working Cabaret and Jonathan on several occasions for many different kinds of large scale events and they are everything you want in event services. They provide many options for challenging projects and efficiently manage endless asks of them. They have been extremely accommodating with last minute changes on the fly. Jonathan is a joy to speak and work with and he is uniquely attentive to every detail. Cabaret is simply the best in the business.

I researched so many companies before choosing Cabaret. I wanted to go with a company that had great customer service and a company who dealt with integrity and that's why I chose Cabaret. There are so many companies out there that simply want your money but Cabaret really wants to do whats best for you. I had called several times and they had answered all my questions. They gave us ample time and worked with us till the very end. I was really nervous about throwing a party outside at the end of March. I was extremely unsure of whether to throw my event at a venue or at my house but Cabaret told me that I should go with a venue (which meant that they lost the chance to make more money). They were extremely patient and did not rush me in my decision whatsoever. I was really nervous and even called them to ask if we could switch venues when they were about to set up. Jonathon was so kind and did not get angry at all. He was understanding and reassured me he would do whatever I needed. Everything aside, I decided to stick to the venue and everything was perfect. We had a minor glitch at the beginning of the party and didn't know how to work something. My sister was able to get cabaret on the phone immediately and the owner, Jonathan, got her on facetime and the issue was resolved in no time. Our guests loved the tent and its truly what made our event perfect. The heating system was also perfect and we couldn't even tell it was freezing outside. I can go on and on. Thank you again for making our special night perfect! They are an amazing company and their top priority is to please their customers. Do not hesitate and book them right away. There are no bad things to say about Cabaret. Jonathan and the team are some of the most thorough, communicative, and dedicated professionals I have ever met. I have new used Jonathan for several large scale tents for film productions of 300+ people in the NY/NJ area. Each time, Jonathan is nothing but exceptional. He is always there to answer questions, assist with determining the best tenting plan, and continues to be patient with all the last minute changes that come with filmmaking. I will 100000% continue to use Cabaret for all tent needs and I implore you to as well.
