Diamonette Event Rentals

I rented a grill from Diamonette Rental and the entire logistical process was a headache. When I called to coordinate a delivery time, I was told they don't give timeframes for residential addresses, which makes absolutely no sense. I asked for a simple courtesy call when they were on their way, but that never happened either, causing major disruptions to my schedule. Before delivery, I asked if I could pick up the equipment myself. They claimed it was impossible unless I had a box truck like a U-Haul. I have a van and a crew to move it, but I complied and paid for the transport. When the grill arrived, it was clear it could easily fit and be safely transported in my van. When I asked to return it myself to get a partial adjustment on the transport fee, they completely changed their story, claiming the "issue" was now the propane tank. They need to get their information straight. In the end, I paid $173 for the rental and an absurd $175 for transport from Doral to North Miami. The pickup was just as bad—they showed up whenever they wanted without calling. For a company that claims these strict rules are to "protect the equipment," the grill they delivered was definitely not in great condition. If you can find another rental company, I highly recommend you do so.

If I could give negative stats I would. I spent close to a thousand dollars for a tent rental for an art show- this is the most I have ever been charged for a simple 10x10 tent set ups and I’ve been doing many art shows. The set up of the tent was over an hour late. Upon set up I realized two of the walls were unusable. My art actually fell off the wall multiple times and could have really caused injury to guests at the art show! I talked to two different diamonwtte employees at the show and neither spoke English , which is fine but I asked multiple times (in Spanish) for them to send me someone who spoke English to my booth to help. NO HELP. I called and emailed the company all day Saturday- no answer. To make it worse the tent wouldn’t close at night due to it being poorly and quickly set up. See photos. What a huge Liability! I contacted this company multiple times and never had any returns on communication. Issues
