Elk Creek was incredible to work with. We had a lot going on in our work lives, and I procrastinated on infrastructure for the wedding until I was sweating bullets…. with 5 weeks notice, Elk Creek pulled together a phenomenal wedding for me. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and had what we needed to put on a great wedding, and gear contingencies for weather. Also, compared to many event rental companies, their website prices actually reflected the price at the end of it all, not a bunch of hidden fees like many here in Nashville! The guys who showed up to set up did a great job, and were very kind! Will definitely use Elk Creek again for parties and events!
We had our wedding in my parents backyard which meant everything needed to be brought in. We looked at so many rental companies and none of them had the type of package Elk Creek Events has. I was blown away with everything that you get for the price that they offer! I remember gettin stressed out becuase we had a small budget for our wedding and all the qoutes I was getting from the other rental companies were over $3k and it still would not include a bar area, a dance floor, lights, or you only got a certain amount of tables and chairs before they start charging you extra on every little thing. Elk Creek events came in soo handy! My wedding consisted of 80 people and they had a package for 80 people which includes Pole Tent, Lighting Package, Dance Floor, Bar, Tables, White Linens, White Garden Chairs. All for under 3k. On top of that, they were communicative of any changes as well as finalization of the rental. They arrived the day before to set up in the sweltering heat and then they came the day after my event to tear down. I couldn't have asked for a better company or people to work with. They truly helped made my wedding day less stresful, beautiful, and we were able to stay within our budget.
