EventQuip

Worked with EventQuip for our wedding at the Free Library. We always knew that a tent would be a possibility but a week before the wedding, the weather was projected to be lots of rain and lots of wind. I was spiraling and so worried about the weather and wondering if my vision of my wedding would have to be adjusted to an indoor situation. Alan and his team were able to reassure me and put up a beautiful tent with heaters that blew hot air indoors. My vision of our wedding was not compromised whatsoever. Our guests stayed warm and dry and I am so incredibly grateful for EventQuip's professionalism, communication, and quick ability to pivot and adjust as needed for the weather. They are worth every single penny. You never know what the weather might do, but as someone who had torrential downpour with winter-like temperatures during what was supposed to be a hot late spring day, you become very grateful for putting your trust in a reliable and reputable company like EventQuip. Thank you so much.

Had a wonderful experience with Steve & the EventQuip team for my wedding last weekend. The tent was stunning and the planning process was seamless. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Eventquip from start to finish. They were extremely knowledgeable about what we needed and professional. Can’t say enough good things about them!

If you need a tent for an outdoor event in Philadelphia, Alan and his team are your answer! Alan was so kind and pleasant to work with. 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic Tenting and Structure Team! We used EventQuip as our team to construct a “tent” which in reality was a clear top tented wood floored, laser-leveled structure meant to house ~230 guests and a couple dozen vendors (band, string quartet, caterers etc) with bathrooms and heating for our wedding at our family farm in New Hope. It was a truly magical and exceptional structure that, while expensive, was actually more cost efficient & higher quality than EventQuips competitors structures. Construction was highly efficient in building this in less than two weeks and break down within less than a week with barely a footprint left after working to build such a tremendous structure. If you are looking to build a larger tent/ structure for an outdoor wedding or major event (family, corporate etc), this is the only team you should choose. We would gladly use their services again. Please see posts on their Instagram and Facebook from October 7th-October 15th to get a sense of their work for our event! ~Dan & Emily
