Golden Moments

We ordered a pool cover in acrylic for a party at my home and bar tables and chairs. The company arrived on time for the pool set up and did a great job. However the pool cover wasn’t clear-there was a lot of condensation and drops of water built up for all of the days that the cover was installed. Also, the install folks broke a piece of travertine on my patio. They pointed out that they broke it and told me to contact the office to get it sorted. I did contact the office but it has been a week now and I haven’t gotten a response. Finally, I had ordered black bar chairs but the day before I was told that they were not available and they would be bringing acrylic ones instead. They looked great but it wasn’t what I ordered.
