We used this company for our wedding. We paid $100 extra to have the chairs set up. Only 50 chairs needed to be set up. The company was to show up between 12 and 2 PM to set the chairs up. They did not arrive until 3 PM. The individual asked if he could pull a U-Haul truck onto a public parks lawn to set the chairs up. After I told him he could not do that. He started moving the chairs by himself as our guest for the wedding ceremony were arriving. We literally had guests that were there for our wedding helping us set chairs up because of this company’s failure to be there on time. They arrived on time to pick the chairs up with two individuals. We can’t figure out why there was no sense of urgency before our wedding and only one person. Sorry, but would not recommend this company
Highly recommend this company! We rented a throne chair for our daughters sweet 16 and I was very impressed with their level of service and attention to detail. The price was very fair and the delivery was on time and seamless. At the end of the event they showed up timely as well.
Jae’s Party Rentals was great to work with. Their website was easy to use to make an order. For our rental they dropped off the tables and chairs the night before and then picked up the next day. We will definitely be using them again for our next party.
We rented chairs for a baby shower and they were absolutely perfect. It was so much easier than trying to find matching chairs, they delivered exactly when we needed them too and picked up immediately following the party. Convenience was unmatched!
