Las Vegas Party Rentals

This company is absolutely terrible to work with. They delivered unusable chairs that were weathered, splintered and broken and party games that were splintered and brown and pieces of 2x4s vs the colors in the images they provide. I called immediately to let them know they were unacceptable and still 3 months later I have yet to be refunded. I have called 10-15+ times and they have done nothing. Do not use them.

My experience from beginning to end was a breeze. I changed my quote of items I was requesting at least 10 times. This was a DIY wedding and my wedding planner and I had no issues with our constant changes. We could not have done it ourselves without them. They made everything so easy. Pricing was very fair. Chairs, tables, cloths, etc was all in good condition. My wedding looked beautiful. Pick up and drop off was easy and smooth as well. I highly recommend them for any event you are hosting in Las Vegas. I have seen bad reviews, but i think they have learned and worked to better their business.

I cannot recommend this company enough. The communication was impeccable, it was such a seamless experience, but most of all the owners were so kind and made our experience incredibly stress free. The website was so easy to use and pick up/delivery was so easy. I would recommend these wonderful ladies a thousand times over again. You won’t regret it!

Be wary of this company. They charged for an extension that was never approved. When it was brought to their attention, everything was amicable with them agreeing to process a refund that would hit our account in 7-10 business days. After months of following up, we finally received a partial refund, but we cannot get anybody at Las Vegas Party Rentals to call us back about the balance of the refund. At this point, I am required to call every day hoping that someone will talk to me. There have been multiple promises of callbacks, but to-date, we have received NONE.

THANK YOU Las Vegas Party Rentals for the beautiful job you did helping us put together our company Christmas party. We had never done an event at our shop and really had NO idea what to do. Steve guided us through the process of picking out tables, chairs, linens, plates, glasses etc.... He gave us an estimate quickly and set up the delivery schedule around our schedule. The crew that came out to set everything up was professional and extremely helpful. Our facility looked fabulous. Steve also checked in with us prior to our event personally to make sure everything was just perfect. They were prompt, professional and made the whole process pain-free. Thank you so much Las Vegas Party Rentals for making our event perfect!
