The security guard at the main gate entrance on Holmes Rd was very helpful. The employees in the receiving area on the 610 side was not so helpful. You get poor signage and people that think every trucker has been there before. And some employees seem to rather point than to actually us their words. Not the worst place to deliver but you will be there for awhile especially if there's another truck getting loaded in front of you.
Receiving extremely slow. Never fails I spend at least 1.5 hours unloading every time. And that’s if there’s not any other trucks.
Good response time, QA, and scope. I trust PT&P to deliver quality products and take ownership of all parts of their supply chain. Products and services are designed for the job and technical resource give reasonable guidance. I'm a happy for over a decade on over a hundred projects.
Very slow metal recieving, every time I deliver here it's at least an hour and half or more. It's very dangerous because the trucks waiting to be unloaded have to park in the road with flashers on and hope somebody doesn't rear end the trailer.
