SER is great. I made a last minute reservation before my event and everything went smoothly and it really saved our planning. Even leading up to the pickup date i was able to work with them to get the specific audio equipment i needed. They are also very responsive and easy to communicate with. The package we ordered came with everything we needed, they made sure we had the necessary extension cables and power strips. SER is great and would be my go to for event rentals.
