This is a third party company who places orders for other companies. I placed an order back in Late January for a 30x50x16 metal building. The order actually was placed with Longhorn Steel building. After signing my purchased order with Surmix Steel I had added a header seal for both 14x14 doors but when the order transfered to Longhorn steel I was told by staff that it was not in my order even though it was on my order with Surmix Steel. Now after leaving more than 30 voicemails I have still not been contacted by Surmix steel. Now I have huge gaps at the top of my doors and neither company appears to want to fix it.
I recently purchased a building from Surmix Steel, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience! From start to finish, the customer service was top-notch. Brian, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail, making the process stress-free. The price I got was the best I found after extensive research, and the quality of the building exceeded my expectations. Brian Graham and John David are SCAMMERS! I hired Surmix Steal in May this year to manufacture and install 150x80 building, and paid 25k deposit. After months of back and forth, I realized that they underbid on my project just to get deposit and that they had no intention to deliver the building. They kept moving the deadlines and then saying that they can’t honor the installation portion of the project, and then at the end they said that the project is not feasible anymore, but they do not want to return the deposit since they spent the deposit engineering the project (imagine that!!!). I did some investigation, and I found out that they closed the business in fall of 2024, so they signed the contract with the entity that did not exist at that time! I opened a case with FBI Atlanta Office under white collar crimes, and we are heading to the court. Do not hire these scammers and cheaters!
