North Carolina Event Infrastructure Standards
Standard statutory & contractual benchmarks governing procurement in North Carolina:
Commercial event infrastructure throughout North Carolina triggers municipal fire marshal inspections for structures exceeding statutory footprint baselines. Major clearspan structures require licensed Professional Engineer (PE) structural calculation stamps validating site-specific wind and seismic resilience.
Commercial contracts in North Carolina bifurcate hardware rentals from certified installation and rigging labor, minimizing sales tax liabilities where labor is non-taxable. Suppliers carry 2 Million to 10 Million USD commercial liability coverage naming host municipalities and enterprise sponsors as additional insureds.

“Tent Guys consistently delivers professional and reliable event rental services. Customers praise their responsive communication, timely delivery, competitive pricing, and overall exceptional experience.”
First time using Tent guys and everyone was super! I rented chairs for a backyard party and from the time I called to dropping off chairs each person was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!
This team is so professional, efficient, and just a joy to work with! We have used Tent Guys for the past 2-3 years and I have not had a single issue with them. They are very accommodating and will suggest the best route for your event! Hi Christy and Team - Thank you for everything, every time!!!
We’ve been using Tent Guys for all of our event needs—tables, chairs, and more—and they have never let us down! Their team, especially Christy, is always a delight to work with. They’re incredibly responsive, even when we place last-minute orders, and they always deliver on time. The pickup and drop-off process couldn’t be easier—just pull up, and their team loads or unloads everything for us. They also offer delivery, but since we’re often in a rush, we usually pick up, and the convenience is unmatched. Beyond their exceptional service, their prices are very reasonable, making them our go-to for every event. If you’re looking for reliability, excellent customer service, and great pricing, Tent Guys is the place to go! Highly recommend!
Tent Guys were amazing for our wedding!!! We rented a 30x20ft clear vinyl tent, white padded folding chairs, white drapes, and lighting from them. Everything was beautiful!! Communication was great. The owner even came out on a Saturday morning since we couldn’t get the lights to work! Our experience from start to finish was great with Tent Guys. Pricing was better than their competitors too. Thank you Tent Guys for making our wedding beautiful!
