Rich went above and beyond to make sure my tent and dance floor were perfect. At times it was hard to get a hold of someone at the office but they definitely came through and made my event beautiful! The tent they put up was bigger and higher than what other vendors offered me and the price was very competitive. Initially the crew had some trouble setting up my dance floor exactly how my party planner wanted it and Rich came himself to make sure it was done right ; he even upgraded it to include side lighting so that guests would be better able to see all the edges and not risk having someone fall. Rented a pool cover and a tent. The pool cover came out perfect. The tent was measured incorrectly and didn’t fit. I called the office & they said they’re not refunding me the $625 because it was cancelled on the day of installation when in fact it was their negligence that the tent was literally hitting the roof since my patio is low. If you are going to rent here I advise you pay the credit card fee so you can dispute anything like this, I unfortunately Zelled. I will not be using or recommending this company & my event planner will do the same. Hope the $625 was worth it.

Tents N Events were very professional and handled everything as needed. I used them for my backyard wedding and rented a large clear tent. They were accommodating and timely. The pricing was also very competitive. Everyone was easy to work with and very nice. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.
