Texas Event Infrastructure Standards

Standard statutory & contractual benchmarks governing procurement in Texas:

Temporary Structures & Life SafetyPermits & Life Safety

Commercial event infrastructure throughout Texas triggers municipal fire marshal inspections for structures exceeding statutory footprint baselines. Major clearspan structures require licensed Professional Engineer (PE) structural calculation stamps validating site-specific wind and seismic resilience.

Tax Treatment & Municipal UnderwritingTax & Insurance

Commercial contracts in Texas bifurcate hardware rentals from certified installation and rigging labor, minimizing sales tax liabilities where labor is non-taxable. Suppliers carry 2 Million to 10 Million USD commercial liability coverage naming host municipalities and enterprise sponsors as additional insureds.

Took my deposit in 2025 and then two months later filed for bankruptcy and kept my deposit. The new owner should have refunded my deposit. Poor business practice. TEXWIN stole my deposit.

I've worked with Linda on two different projects now. My 50x40 Steel barn 3 bay's 2x12' garage doors and one 14' rollup in the middle for my boats. Recently I had them come out and add another piece on for my well house. My barn is Spray foamed and conditioned by 2 Carrier 2 ton ac's. It's awesome! I get to work on my cars in comfort. The well house is attached to the shop.

If I could leave no stars, I would. My boyfriend Jonathan Burleson and I have tried repeatedly to contact management to explain that our 33k building was left with more scratches that I have room in my camera roll for. They’ve also left pieces off. We have been given the run around, promised they would either fix or reimburse us for the damage their crew did as they were building it. We are so disappointed that every time we call we get Dennis saying he would get back to us, just to ignore and hope we go away. UPDATE- they messed up and forgot to charge us tax so now after their mistake they are coming after us for money and we have a crappy, scratched up building that we aren’t proud to show. If we had seen reviews on this place prior to choosing them, we would have NEVER chosen them. Company makes a mistake of not charging tax, delivers a subpar building and then demands money from you while you’re left with this?! BUYER BEWARE!

They will charge you an extra $50 if you just want metal and not buying whole building. So I purchased from another company, figured I would give them a second chance so went to order a roll up door and price was fine but then wanted to charge what Howard Winslow ( the owner ) calls a credit card convenience fee. That is illegal in the state of texas from what I found out.so long story short this company wants to charge extra fees for doing absolutely nothing .
