THE BEST!! After a lot of research, I chose Tlapazola Event Rentals for a 60+ person baby shower (based on their stellar reviews and pricing) and I'm so glad I did! Since this was my first time planning an event, I wasn't quite sure what I needed, but Federico was incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful every step of the way. He answered all of my questions and checked in periodically as our RSVPs came in and our rental needs changed. FYI We ordered 10 8ft tables and 60 white resin chairs. They were in perfect shape and great quality. From the first phone call with Federico, to the estimate and invoicing, to the delivery and pickup, everything was easy, clear, and stress-free. The communication around both the drop-off and pickup was excellent. 100% on time. I always knew what to expect, and the crew was professional, friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. I was a bit nervous planning this event but Tlapazola made the entire process seamless. Their customer service is outstanding, and I would not hesitate to use them again. I recently used Tlapazola event rental for an event in Beverly Hills, CA. Flying across country to host an event can be nerve-wrecking when trying to find a new vendor partner, but lucky for me I found Tlapazola and they exceeded my expectations. I went back and forth with my contact many times making sure we had the correct equipment and they were so helpful and responsive. The rentals we ordered came on-time, in great shape and the communication during and after delivery was great. I highly recommend and know that we will use them again next time we are in LA for work events!
I rented tables and chairs from Tlapazola for my mother's 82nd birthday party. The customer service was top notch from the initial call, to delivery, and then pick up. The woman who took my order (older woman) was so kind. They communicated well and were very professional. I will definitely use their services again.
Great service and product!! My wedding ceremony was at the same time as the wedding venue setup window and I couldn't be there. Tlapazolas team arrived and setup everything as requested. Then they sent me images to show me how it was setup. Great experience and i will definitely recommend them and will use their services in the future. Thank you!!
