I had a great experience with Trio Event Rentals! Olena was incredibly responsive throughout the planning process and even scheduled a showroom visit so I could see everything in person before booking. Delivery and pickup were both seamless, and the rental items were in great condition. There were two minor hiccups: the drink dispensers delivered were the wrong ones, but the team caught the mistake quickly and arranged a prompt exchange. I also didn't receive the 20–30 minute text notification before delivery or pickup as mentioned in the confirmation email, though thankfully someone was home both times, so it wasn't an issue. Overall, everyone was professional, helpful, and easy to work with. I'd definitely rent from Trio Event Rentals again! One tip for future renters: take a quick inventory of your items before the delivery team leaves, just to make sure everything matches your order.

I highly recommend Trio Event Party Rentals. They delivered 28-foot tables and 20 wooden chairs the day before our event and returned promptly the day after to pick everything up. The wooden chairs were a beautiful upgrade from standard folding chairs and were reasonably priced compared to similar options from other rental companies. The delivery and pickup team was friendly, professional, and efficient, making the entire process stress-free. Booking online was simple and convenient, and communication throughout the process was excellent. My representative was responsive, helpful, and ensured everything went smoothly from start to finish. We were planning a micro wedding in a very short time. We worked with Olena, she was very professional and helped achieve our goal of putting this on!
