I had a great experience with Five Star. The service was professional, reliable, and exceeded my expectations from start to finish. A special thank you to Christian, our chauffeur, who was outstanding. He was punctual, courteous, professional, and made the entire ride comfortable and enjoyable. His friendly attitude and attention to detail truly made the experience feel first-class. I highly recommend them and would gladly use their services again. Our driver Tedy was incredibly attentive, helpful, and patient throughout our entire trip. He made sure we were comfortable from start to finish and went above and beyond, especially at pickup, where Tedy had an umbrella ready for us in the rain. It really made us feel like VIPs! That level of care really stood out. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

I don’t even know where to start. This was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had in a very long time. We were initially given a price and agreed to move forward. After that, they came back and said the minimum hours were higher due to F1 weekend. Not ideal, but I understood and agreed to the updated terms. They sent an invoice for 6hrs @ $200hr. Totaling $1,200. I then send the deposit. After receiving my deposit, they asked for the pickup address (Dania / Fort Lauderdale area). Once I provided it, they came back again and increased the price to $250 per hour. They followed up saying the hourly rate was higher because “the owner said so,” and gave me the option to either accept the new pricing or cancel and get my deposit refunded. So to summarize, the pricing changed multiple times after I had already agreed and even after I had paid a deposit. That’s not how a professional business should operate. This felt like a clear bait and switch. Pricing should be transparent and locked in before taking a customer’s money, not adjusted after the fact. I would strongly recommend finding a different limo or chauffeur service if you’re looking for reliability and straightforward pricing.
