Horrible customer service takes forever to get a hold of them. If you called them in the morning y’all be lucky if they call you by the end of the day. Don’t waste your time and money
Best on the market ELD service provider. Customer service significantly improved. ELD devices easy to use and easy to install. And app has very simple interface for drivers to use. Not to mention additional options such as, weigh station, repair shops, truck stops, etc.
I love the Smart Safety Program specially their customer service. Judy one of the reps there has been amazing very responsive, very knowledgeable and always available. I had hesitations because of past experiences, but their Smart Safety Team is great. Thank you Ezlogz
Unfortunately, Ezlog's customer service and customer support are poor. They take a long time to respond to requests, don't call back, and sometimes they even hang up. The only person who works there and actually helps with the service is Andrey. If everyone worked like him, the company's rating would be much higher!!! Five stars for Andrey's work at the company!!!!!!
