My friend and I both had a very disappointing experience. After leaving a review about the poor customer service we received, we were contacted by management instead of having our concerns addressed professionally. During the call, we felt intimidated and were pressured to remove the review. We were even told they had people in our town, which made the conversation feel threatening and uncomfortable. Customers should be able to share honest feedback without fear of being pressured or intimidated. The way this situation was handled only made our experience worse. After making a legitimate offer, I was met with aggressive and inappropriate behavior, including being yelled at over the phone. This kind of conduct is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about how they handle business overall. I would not recommend dealing with this company.
