New Hampshire Fleet Leasing Standards

Standard statutory & contractual benchmarks governing procurement in New Hampshire:

Intrastate DOT & Regulatory MandatesDOT & Safety

Commercial fleet operations across New Hampshire require strict adherence to gross weight classifications. Vehicles rated between 10,001 and 26,000 lbs operate without a CDL but require active DOT medical cards and electronic logging devices (ELD), while units over 26,001 lbs require certified CDL drivers and IFTA reporting.

Lease Taxation & Accounting StructureTax & Depreciation

Enterprise fleets in New Hampshire leverage open-end Terminal Rental Adjustment Clause (TRAC) structures. This preserves operational capital, shifts residual asset risk favorably to commercial operators, and allows companies to deduct monthly lease charges as operational expenditures under ASC 842.

Worst rental company. Try some one else

Travis H.Nov 29, 2024

Attempted to find out price for month long rental of a van. Person who answered the phone kept asking questions about my account. I don't have an account, I'd like a quote. Then asked if I was a driver of a Merchant Fleet vehicle in a crash, I again said, no, I'm looking for a quote to rent a van for a month. More odd questions as if I was already a customer. After the 5th time, she said she needed some info and would pass it along to customer service for an account issue. I again stated I did not yet have an account, I wanted pricing on establishing service. After I'd provided my name, business name, phone number and email, she again asked for my customer number. I just hung up.
