Apparently MHC Leasing doesn’t need customers. I was tasked with setting a 12 truck leasing package up for my company. I called the leasing office and left messages three different times to get information. I was told all three times that the branch manager would call me back…. Never got a call back. Ended up leasing all twelve trucks from another vendor without them even getting a shot.

I know that the work load for truck repair is usually pretty high and so I try to be lenient. But there were things that didn't get done which I asked for and after they had my truck for a week it still wasn't done. Mind you none of the work was major repair work. I also take into consideration they had to order a few parts. With that being said a week and it not be completely finished and the communication wasn't the best. They can do better and I hope they will.
I'm a drive away driver and I picked a truck from this location and helped by a gentleman that went beyond for me!! I was getting there after hours and he staged it at that gate for me!! I love a company that cares about a drivers time!! I'll be back!! The truck drove great!! I hated to deliver it!! Lol!! Definitely will be back!
Came in with a/c problems. Left out a happy customer. Tev was the 1st person who took care of me and Master Antwan operated magic on my Truck. I recommend this MHC shop HIGHLY. Awesome customer service and hospitality
