This company sucks the one in the Bronx, hits cars and do not own up to doing so. They always park their commercial trucks on illegal spots and make it very dangerous for everyone around, they even go as far as driving into a one way street just to get into their lot faster putting everyone in danger, very selfish people.

Excelent service, accommodating to the client's schedule and needs. 100% recommend a place to rent a truck or cargo van. Nothing bad to say, Thanks to the manager(PATRICK) for his personalized attention. Thanks.

The owner, Jordan, used to just be disorganized but now it’s safe to say he is dishonest and has stolen $1,388.89 from my company. I rented a van from him which was ticketed repeatedly throughout the city for being improperly labeled commercial (unaltered commercial vehicles· Section 4-08 (k)(2)). He assured me he would handle disputing the tickets as this was something he’d done in the past. He also apologized when I was getting the tickets because he said they were not supposed to go to my name and that the person responsible for filtering the tickets at HIS company had made a mistake. A year + later I received a notice from a law firm that I’d been sent to collections for unpaid parking tickets. I sent them to Jordan and he said he’d get back to me… He never did and refuses to answer calls or texts. I paid the tickets on his behalf because I don't want my credit negatively impacted. I’ve rented trucks with Jordan for a long time and have known him more than ten years… all the way back to when he worked at Chelsea Rental before he owned his own truck rental co. It’s a shame this is how he now conducts business. His old boss would be ashamed of him. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and held off posting this review for a year. I rent trucks in NYC for work frequently and have paid my fair share of tickets - when they’re mine to pay. I now rent from U-HAUL and even though I’d much rather support smaller businesses NORTHEAST TRUCK RENTAL IS DISHONEST and you’re at risk of being taken advantage of. Lastly, keep track of the tolls you are charged for — they do not provide any proof when you ask for receipts.

This place is great. Joey the general manager is very accommodating, the rates are fair. The communication is also very easy. Staff are friendly as well. I recommend anyone come here for their trucking or car rental needs. You’ll be very happy.
